VIP treatment at Paris-Charles de Gaulle !

Air France-KLM announced the launch of personalised services at the carrier’s hub, Paris-Charles de Gaulle International Airport, to enhance and simplify the passenger experience on the ground.

The personalised service consists of an Air France agent accompanying up to four passengers at a time during their time at the airport, in order to help them navigate Charles de Gaulle. Agents can be hired for departures, flight connections or arrivals, and will guide passengers through priority access routes and/or private check-in counters to speed up procedures. The personalised services start at €200 (£182) per agent, including taxes. Furthermore, members of Air France’s loyalty programme, Flying Blue, will earn 400 miles each time they utilise the service.

Other add-on options include arranging transfers to the city by chauffeured car, minibus or motorcycle, reserving a hotel room for two hours to freshen up, or opting to have luggage delivered to a particular address in the city. Airport transfers start at €24 (£22) per person while the hotel room costs €56 (£51) for a single room and €88 (£80) for a double room, including breakfast for passengers arriving before 1000. Prices for the luggage delivery service have not been released
