Having worked for 3 of the biggest multiple agents in the UK as a business travel consultant for nearly 13 years, I joined Colletts 3 years ago. It’s a refreshing change to really feel part of a close-knit team. We really do take extra care and attention to detail — it’s something you lose with a multiple agent. As well as being a consultant I’m also in charge of quality control. I check every single aspect of all the bookings to make sure everything is correct and up to standard. This covers everything from traveller profiles to online check-ins.

I enjoy travelling, skiing & camping (at the minute I’m learning to speak Spanish too). As well as this I love watching ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ and spending time with my little boy James. I also have to confess to being a choc-o-holic!
